Q: Do you have a customer referral program?

A: Yes! At Aqua Quip we believe our best customers are those who are referred to us by friends and family. When your friends or family purchase a hot tub or fireplace from us, YOU receive a $100 Aqua Quip Gift Certificate as a thank you! And don’t forget to have them mention your name!

At Aqua Quip we also find it is extremely important to support local youth sports. We offer a program called “Team Rewards” which is where we will donate $100 to a local youth sports team of your choice with the purchase of any hot tub. We believe community is important and this is our way of helping local kids in the area.

Q: How often should I test my hot tub water?

A: Testing the water in your hot tub is very important to ensure that it stays clean and clear. We recommend that you test at least once per week at home with your test strips or stop by the store and we’ll do it for you! Aqua Quip is proud to offer its customers free water testing, so come on by!

Q: How do I change my ClearRay light bulb?

A: All Sundance and Jacuzzi models from 2012 and forward are equipped with ClearRay - a UV light water cleaning system. Every 18 months this light bulb needs replacing. You can either replace it yourself by following this easy step-by-step guide, or contact Aqua Quip at 1.800.787.POOL and we will replace it for you. Replacement bulbs are available at any of our 9 locations.
