Sage Sanchez is cooking up slabs and slices of Heaven at our Covington Location!

We are so excited to announce that on Saturday, April 7^th, 2018; we will be hosting a FREE cooking event featuring BBQ Master & two-time winner of the 2017 Seattle EGGtoberfest, Sage Sanchez at our Covington Aqua Quip store! The event starts at 11 am, and will end at 5 pm.

Why are we so excited?

This incredible meet, greet, & eat event originated in Atlanta over 20-years ago; and 2017 was the first time Seattle was chosen to host EGGtoberfest. So from October 6^th-8^th, we lined up 6 Big Green Eggs at CenturyLink Field Event Center. Then we chose the best pit-masters in the Seattle area to compete in this 3-day BBQ challenge. Sage Sanchez won 2 out of the 3 events!

Who is this incredible master of BBQ?

With over 20 years in the food industry, Sage is always evolving his cooking style through creativity & experimenting with new ingredients and flavors. Throughout his career his passion for cooking has continued to evolve, and he has become a BBQ master! He grew up in Southern California, and explains his BBQ style is a “cross between SoCal & Texas”. We could explain it, but it’s better if you just try it yourself this Saturday!

Sage has created an amazing menu for us, and we are so honored to have him cooking for us once again! He will be grilling on a Saber Infrared Grill & Weber Summit!
